Holistic Healthcare

Oriental Medicine is a complete and comprehensive medical system that has been used by a major portion of the world’s population for more than 3,000 years. One modality of this system is acupuncture. Oriental Medicine’s most attractive qualities is that there are no serious side effects, and no or very few minor side effects. Acupuncture needles are not like needles used in standard hospitals. They are very thin and rarely uncomfortable. Most people find acupuncture very relaxing, and all needles are sterile and discarded after each use. At PRAHM, you are in safe hands. A licensed acupuncturist has completed close to four years of postgraduate work. Training requires proficiency in both western and eastern medical sciences. Acupuncturists must pass a national board exam.
